Terms & Privacy Policy

Interpretation 

Words whose initial letter appears capitalized have the meanings defined below. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural. 

Definitions 

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy: 

  

Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service. 

  

Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party, where "control" means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, interests or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority. 

  

Application refers to Escoita, the computer program provided by ESCOITA - INCLUSIVE TECHNOLOGY.

  

The Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to ESCOITA - INCLUSIVE TECHNOLOGY, C/ Marqués de Amboage, Num 1, Planta 2, 15006, A Coruña, Spain 

  

Country refers to: Spain. 

  

Device: any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, mobile phone or tablet. 

  

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. 

  

Service refers to the Application. 

  

Service Provider means any natural or legal person that processes the data on behalf of ESCOITA - INCLUSIVE TECHNOLOGY. It refers to third-party companies or individuals engaged by ESCOITA - INCLUSIVE TECHNOLOGY to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of ESCOITA - INCLUSIVE TECHNOLOGY, to perform services related to the Service or to assist ESCOITA - INCLUSIVE TECHNOLOGY in analyzing how the Service is used. 

  

Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique identifier, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. 

We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access the Service by or through a mobile device. 

  

  

Information collected during the use of the application 

During your use of Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, we may collect, with Your prior permission. 

  

  • Information regarding your location. 

  

We use this information to provide features of Our Service, to improve and personalize Our Service. The information may be uploaded to ESCOITA - INCLUSIVE TECHNOLOGY servers and/or a Service Provider's server or may simply be stored on Your device. 

You can enable or disable access to this information at any time through Your Device settings. 

  

  

Use of your Personal Data 

ESCOITA - INCLUSIVE TECHNOLOGY may use the Personal Data for the following purposes: 

  

Provide and maintain our Service, including monitoring the usage of our Service.

To contact you:To contact you by email, phone calls, SMS or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as push notifications from a mobile application about updates or informational communications related to the functionalities, products or services contracted, including security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation. 

  

Provide you with news, special offers and general information about other goods, services and events which we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about, unless you have opted not to receive such information. 

  

Manage your requests:To attend to and manage your requests to Us. 

  

For Business Transfers: We may use Your information to evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution or other sale or transfer of some or all of Our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation or similar proceeding, in which Personal Data held by us about our Service users is among the assets transferred. 

  

For Other Purposes: We may use Your information for other purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns, and to evaluate and improve our Service, products, services, marketing, and your experience.

Conservation of your Personal Data 

  

ESCOITA - INCLUSIVE TECHNOLOGY will retain your Personal Data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies. 

ESCOITA - INCLUSIVE TECHNOLOGY will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods. 

  

Transfer of your Personal Data 

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at ESCOITA - INCLUSIVE TECHNOLOGY's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by Your submission of such information represents Your agreement to that transfer. 

ESCOITA - INCLUSIVE TECHNOLOGY will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your personal data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information. 

  

Delete your Personal Data 

You have the right to delete or request that we assist you in deleting Personal Data that we have collected about you. 

Our Service may provide you with the ability to delete certain information about you from the Service itself. 

You may update, modify or delete your information at any time by accessing your account, if you have one, and visiting the account settings section that allows you to manage your personal information. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information that you have provided to us. 

Please note, however, that we may need to retain certain information where we have a legal obligation or legal basis to do so.

Business Operations 

If ESCOITA - INCLUSIVE TECHNOLOGY is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
